There are many things a company can do to bring up its value especially if its a company like UOS that is holding properties(shares) and cash only...

I understand that these shares are traded lightly and hardly covered, but that also means that it is very easy to bring these share prices back to their intrinsic values as it is highly undervalued. Technically, daily movements are so tiny in this counter that any individual can swing the price up or down. Keep in mind the guys who own majority of this company have alot of money to swing prices up if they wanted to...that also using pocket change...

however.... in a rare interview done with UOS 72-year-old founder and managing director Kong Chong Soon

"Still, Kong is not one to worry. “I don’t pay so much attention to the share price,” he postulates. “My job is to deliver profits. The stock market is not for me to control.”

Nowadays with email addresses so readily available, it is accessible to contact the CEOs and owners of these companies and contact to them to do things to bring up share prices up such as share buy backs, special dividends or pursue a capital reduction to make prices more in sync with their intrinsic values. I urge every investor big or small to write in to the company pushing for actual value to be realized.

Property shares have more of an advantage when they become undervalued because they can match intrinsic values to share price in a variety of ways including selling off properties, buying back shares, capital reductions and giving out extra dividends.

The most interesting thing about this company is the figure they have for shares on free float --- and the number of shares declared that they want to do on market buy back for.
