When I used to work in Radio c.1970, the talk back delay was set at 7 seconds.

And I would like to congratulate Premier Carpenter and Minister Bowler on maintaining such a very tight ship.

I look forwards to the decision over Shovelanna being the correct decision. The legal decision. And I expect the terminology I should watch out for will when the announcement occurs is "....dismiss RIO's application under s.111".

And if it is of any comfort to some, I just threw a coin and it said RIO's application will fail.

Personally, this gives me a choice. Either to watch the sp price like a hawk, every day 10am-4pm, or completely relax and wait to hear the news, if anything, by accident, on the radio/TV.

Because, I doubt I would be fast enough to sell quickly enough should the news be bad.

So if the decision goes against CAZ, then I'd probably find myself better off waiting a few days for the sp to recover and I can then sell and cut my losses.

And in that case I'd like Mr. Carpenter to know that my aged mother will suffer a most terrible loss as well, as I advised her, in the name of procedural justice to invest via me, some money of her own.

She has precious little by the way. And, as I will no longer be in a possition to offer her a continuing small, but valuable monetary assistance as I have been able to afford the past few years, that I, and like many a small investor in CAZ, who's sprits have been bouyed by the anticipation of a just decision, will be greviously harmed by the West Australian Government's decision to deny Cazaly Resources the exploration lease over the area of land known as Shovelanna. Where CAZ, in complete innocence and faith in procedural justice applied for an exploration lease over what was pure and simple, vacant crown land, and in accordance with the W.A. Mining Act, 1978.

And, justice delayed is justice denied. So they say.
