I think a big part of the problem is with the definition (here we go again), in the same way that we now have a problem with the definition of the term Political Correctness.
The terms meant different things when they were first rolled out, however, the terms have since been usurped by groups like our 'greenies' and other groups with nothing better to do than cry foul over anything and everything and so the catchment net and definitions of terms like these are now way too inclusive of persons/groups who might not give back the same respect that they are given.
Its time for anyone pulling out the whinger card to pass the mutual respect test before they are listened to.
