Exactly FO - its called negotiation. I would suspect they are neck deep in negotiation and its getting to the pointy end.
Now AGS doesn't have to pay any of the cash calls for 12 months. No CR, no loans, basically just blocks q/Hg's tactic of stockpiling.
New playing field next week when a judge may validate the cancellation of the marketing rights!
