    So whose getting the 3,000000 shares then at .01? Is that 1c. each per share? I can't believe anyone would want to buy this lemon, UNLESS they will take-over and do something with it. Fancy promising so much to be reduced to making bl..dy egg cartons. SHAMEFUL.
