Don't forget that AGS can lose the 25% by being in breach of the Quasar cash calls but something else will mostly likely occur before this is a possibility and that is a determination regarding the uranium marketing rights and this is what puts AGS in a very good position.

And on top of that I suspect that AGS has provisional approval for funding in position just in case AGS needs to sit out the stockpiling fiasco which i think is not going to happen anyway.

I don't think Quasar and Alliance would actually be talking settlement stuff atm re stockpiling or anything else for that matter but the ASX announcement today is probably playing its part in sorting out the stockpiling issue and then they can possibly move onto discussions surrounding Quasar buying our 25% share in Four Mile.
