re: hls/o off to the races Have a look at their 31st January announcement on their case list. They had 9 cases on their books then for a total potential settlement value of circa $160M. One of the cases is scheduled to be heard (and possibly settled) soon, possibly as early as next week. End of year financials are due soon too.
