Ok, I see what your saying. I think MBE may already own some of the apps although I'm not that clear on it. For example, FiiTR -> I believe is a white labelled version of Life Ally's subscription product. I assume it is owned jointly and maintained by Life Ally developers. This model seems to work - not sure it's in MBEs best interests buy a company to own more products 100% which it would be liable to maintain and update.
