I bang on about this a bit – But Trent Spry pulls in 400K a year. At that sort of income where is the incentive to really push hard to bring something to the table.

I work in O&G construction. The directors of this business work hard to obtain additional business, constant tendering, constant site visits, constant networking. Directors and blue collar workers flying economy class to remote sites, staying in construction camp dongas.

Nobody in this organisation pulls in 400k a year but still they constantly pound the pavement for more opportunities.

I have been an investor in ETE for 5 years. In that time Trent Spry has pulled in a salary of 2mil. Where is the progress? Where are the results? Anyone on this forum earned 2 mil in the last 5 years from their primary source of income???? Was it difficult? Have you achieved more than ETE?
