This announcement is not unexpected based on the Chairman's address at the AGM, but it is unclear to me that this divestiture will accrue any direct benefit to current shareholders. It looks to me that any deal will likely result in a small amount of additional capital for CZD but shareholder participation in the Metabolic end of the business appears likely to come to an end.
