That view was put forward at the AGM and in the hand vote, three people voted against it (including myself) and 11 in favour including, of course, all of the directors. They needed 75% to pass that vote, so it was sent to a poll and accepted but there were 4 million votes against it.

The Chairman and Managing Director talked about the words Structural Systems not addressing the full businesses of the company, particularly Rock. But their view that the letters, SRG, present the company better is hard to accept. Let's hope this new Board's creativity proves to be better in the running of the business than in playing with the company name.
