"Mr Edgar has over 25 years’ experience in the finance and stockbroking industry. He has been directly
involved with providing corporate advisory and fund raising services to private and Australian Securities
Exchange listed companies via Melbourne Capital Limited, where he has been a director for 13 years.
The Directors, excluding Mr Angus Edgar, unanimously recommend shareholders vote in favour of
Resolution 2."
