    I believe that you have already answered your own question. Page 2 ,quarterly ended 30 September.,2014.
    "The recent $6 million raise completed in October(which therefore does not appear in the quarterly)ensures that the Company presently has sufficient cash to meet its commitments under Stage1A of the SGJV".

    Combined with your update I believe we are looking Good.
