I am somewhat confused by comments about the control arm. I understand that the best result in previous FOLFORI clinical trials was around 4.5 months for this cohort. Supposing this was the result for the control arm in our pIII study, we would still have only 4 weeks PFS and would still have missed our primary endpoint.

Patients enrolled in the pIII would have had access to the same info that we have had (public info) throughout the trial. Is 4 weeks placebo really that hard to accept?
