Great post. One point to note - FAR recently rejected an offer from an Indian company.
With a note to say that others are sniffing around.
We are a bargain right now. The reason I started building out my tables was to assess what a buy put could look like in Senegal, the reality is that awaiting further appraisal could increase value and return as you rightfully state, that said if an offer is generous enough.... ?
