It reflects the company pretty darn well, with 3.5 billion shares on issue at 0.3 cents, the company will have a market cap of just over 10 million, which is roughly where it was when the shares were at 0.7 cents. If anything that overvalues a company that constantly needs to hit its shareholders up for money and hasn't made a profit in ten years of operation.
