What about an early Management Buyout backed by Private Equity Firms and taken off ASX for "relaunching" just before 1st barrel produced. Would be pitched at a reasonably generous heart stopping amount of say 50 cents to dislodge all the small and medium sized shareholders ie the "crowd"
FAT would then follow the KOSMOS IPO route with huge capital returns to high wealth group.
I am not convinced that nay of the discoveries will be declared "Commercial" before completion of appraisal. I expect the completion of well analysis of SNE and FAN 1 to result in movment of prospective resources into discovered category with an increase Balance Sheet Values.
But then again I still have L Plates on in terms of O&G but I should get my P Plates soon
