If they were to regain marketing and sales rights to their share of uranium I think we could see the share price rocket. It could actually move back to a value representing a world class asset. E.g. minimum $6/lb in-ground uranium; assuming 25% of 130 million lbs that would make it 57 cents per share.
In order to feel optimistic, all I have to do is ignore all past history of his company, all the terrible decisions made by management, and all the past disappointments, just forget everything that happened with big NE, Maldon, Chile... oh bugger it, we're screwed :/
