    Today's trading halt until 17March. Capital raising or contracts?
    If it is a capital raising ICS has not announced a capital raising in this manner before.
    Possibilities:-
    Contract or contracts in US
    Similar in UK
    Merger or buyout
    OZ eHealth stuff of great consequence, although can't see what that would be atm.
    last - capital raising - a big one.
