I'm interested in you selling and renting . I'm assuming you're older in that you don't expect to run out of money ? That's essentially what retirees do anyway so it's not the worst strategy in the world .

I'm just interested in how you came to the 40 years and no rent rises ? It's a fair punt to think that rent won't increase in that time . If it does it's going to take a fair chunk out of the 40 years .

I appreciate that this might involve you divulging some personal information so it's cool if you don't want to answer the question for that reason .
