"Not at all. I'm 40 years old. I lived in a relatively expensive property, which is why the yield was so low, but in saying that I currently rent a pretty nice house on a 2.9% gross yield."
MP I'm renting a property where the landlord is getting a 1% net yield " before tax" while I'm currently getting a 6% net yield "after tax" or based on my original purchase prices (2009-2014) it's over 10% net after taxes (not including capital gains).
The decision couldn't have been easier.
