Ok, but in my opinion I am pretty sure I know who's name would appear all over the newspapers if there was a class action instigated. Just dont think it is worth the risk - to secure the remaining piece of the pie.
It is just my opinion and I certainly hope that I am right, otherwise it could all end tears!
