Reasonably happy with that clarification. Assuming no increase in uranium price above $40/lb, 4M will provide a total of $110 million revenue to AGS over next 12 years WITH NO CASH REQUIRED. Hopefully it won't come to that, but that can be viewed as a minimum asset value, now held by a company with a market cap of $30 million.
