    I have no doubt that China is the main point of focus.....
    It remains, I think a matter of closing up a deal .....

    From my extensive correspondence with Co...much to my frustration...
    it seems that nothing will be announced until contract signed....etc.

    My own opinion only...if there is an announcement it will be big...!!
