4th generation, hell they haven't built one ESBWR (3rd gen, maybe 2.5) yet have they? Just saying there's a lot of hype in this business and even a contract to build a reactor has so many exit ramps its dizzying.
Do a search on line for 4th generation nuclear reactors, theres an international study i remember reading, i think they say 2030 for first on line, might be wrong but.... And this $13M(?) from the govt is encouraging but that doesn't go very far in nuclear, with all the security, training, staffing, OHS and support staff like rad safety, nuclear safety, HR, project management, accounting, then the multiple layers of managers for all of these groups...... just a reality check on the 13M......hope you're right for the world but still not sure how this affects slx, other than your hypotheses, not being a downer just, call it devil's advocate..... Hope I'm not in for another barage now......
