I suspect it may have something to do with the oversupply currently and the fact that OPEC appear to be heavily discounting to try to kill off the threat to their cartel that US energy independence due to shale oil could become... This has IMO put oil into the spot light of price deflation like most other commodities before it. The macro environment has become less favorable IMO. What do you reckon?
