    consolidation weeds out the pip traders and little punters ..
    a higher sp attracts the Funds Managers ..as it doesn't embarrass them ..when they justify investment in MZI to clients at 40c ..instead of .009 ( looks Crappy)

    a $30m mcap at 40c stays the same .. and the $50mpa EBIT stays attractive at any level you chop the share registry into
