    Just had a look at the information in the explanatory statement. There is not too much on the BDC's performance and cash flow.

    One issues that does concern me is the $17mil debt. If the interest rate is 6% that will require a $1mil per year in interest. Where is this cash going to come from?

    Any thoughts?
