if they had more money than i will ever see then they would own a house outright in the area that suits them, with market fluctuations not bothering them. why? because they value security for their family.
if you think a secure PPOR is nothing but a place to park money, and offers no intrinsic and holistic value to a person and their family's lives... then that shows exactly where you sit on the autism spectrum. you seriously sound like someone with aspergers. some people have family outside of hotcopper screen names... and require more than an internet connection to provide for them.
