Sure does look that there maybe a few big decisions concerning IPL coming up, and they are answering any doubts before they arise.
From the IPL annual report the other day, it is the IPL Gibson Is plant that needs gas sometime in 2017. 14.5 PJ I believe. 280 kms away, but all that would be needed is to run a gas pipeline south of Bloodwood Creek, until it hit the Roam to Brisbane pipeline.
Hopefully this window dressing is anticipation of an early approval from the QLD government.
