Yes OSL has performed poorly of late and the reasons are going to be mere speculation. One such reason could be looking towards the AGM and the agenda. One could be forgiven for making the assumption its more about protecting packages and raising equity to pay salaries than pushing forward to delivering a world class global healthcare business. Reading it does not fill me with confidence but I will hold my opinion until after Fridays meeting. Of particular note is Resolution 5 "Increasing Placement Capacity" and the dilution effect it will have on existing shareholders. For those that are unsure about what this may mean please read the link I have posted below. It will be an interesting AGM and potentially very boring.
