I was led to believe that half yearlys for small cap stocks had an extra 2 week extension to advsie the market due to IFRS accounting standard changes because most of the changes from an accounting point of view generally impacted small cap stocks the most. So nothing really to worry about just that auditors are overwhelmed by the complexity of the accounting changes. So LFE are not late at all they are just preparing their statements within the time frame that they were advised.
