I didn't attend the AGM but reading what has been written, it is encouraging that some are now backing our board.
Yes, their performance in the past has been ordinary at best (and I still laugh painfully at their simple errors in their announcements), but it seems BB are the enemy here.
The board knows what the shareholders are feeling and this was reflected in the NO vote on the remuneration report.
What if from this point, we support our board, and not make it a "war" between them and Hotcopper?
Would us shareholders benefit from this, in the form of more communication and perhaps a higher share price?
I'd like to think we are all on the same team here.
