I don’t leave it to the Judge,

Or: brace yourselves, another rally-call!

Yesterday I posted another deadline notice to be noticed in our PIF-land.
That deadline is 2 December 4 pm for lodging opposition to the proposed Settlement by KPMG,
to be FINALLY adjudicated on by Perram J. on 8 December.
It was in the Notices sent to us by JWS not so long ago.
And as the time is ticking away, so far not one expression of solidarity to this rally-call.

We sure did call when “A word of gratitude” post came out, alas for no other apparent reason
then to register bruised egos.
Will those egos recognise that this deadline could be, but in reality is, the very last opportunity
for PIF members to put their voices in front of judge’s bench?
And adapt the rally-call “Reject” that so infamously issued in red-striped envelopes from
Wellington Brisbane offices.

Chirping angrily on HC is not enough.
The sumtotal of our strengths is right here, in your reactions.

So c’mon; no more chitchatting BS.
Get the deed done over the weekend and
post it on Monday or sooner..
