is it legal to call a robbot a con act

i am noticing in  quit a few companies, the presence of a robbot active on triggers,, with  the purpose  to dress in a way that  there is support.. in a company.. but  in  facts some  entities are selling??

nobody  can take actions against  an object  call robot??
