    Arte Mobile is expected to generate NPAT for the financial year ended 2015 (“FYE2015”) in excess of $A2.2M;

    This will be close to $1.2M NPAT for ICU. ICU is aiming for a total of $2.2M for 2015. This could be conservative. There will be a dilution of shares after amalgamation.
