Well that's strange, I don't remember anyone saying how superior the company is.

The share price is where it is because of the fear created by the uncertainty of the appeal. Regardless of how unfounded that fear may be, it has created a degree of uncertainty which markets react to.

The reason that the appeal seems to be unfounded to many, is because of the scathing criticism given towards SMM in the judgment, referring to an abuse of the court system, etc. Axiom are of the opinion that the appeal issue will be resolved early next year. With the recent focus of corruption in this case and in the Solomons generally, I think it would be very brave individuals who tried to pevert this process.

There is a general belief that Axiom have a fantastic resource that is going to be proven to get bigger, and with other exciting prospects, should represent good buying value. Why would SMM fight for three years if there was no resource?

While you are making up an answer for that one, please also answer why do you list yourself as a holder, with no sentiment, when your sentiment is obvious to all?
