Good question - I doubt they will be fussed even if the sp is 15c. I would suspect they have a very long term outlook, and it will be all about whether PDN can survive without diluting them to nothing, until the good times roll. Also I suspect they may be somewhat a proxy holder for somebody else (who may not be welcome on the register by regulators) - but have nothing tangible to base that on.
