We have talked a lot about elephants over the years on this thread. The boss has been referred to as an elephant hunter, etc. Now there is a new elephant, namely the elephant in the room which hitherto has not attracted comment. Only three buyers and 23,000 wanted. That is as poor a buy side as I can ever remember and our history would suggest this does not happen for no reason. Overdue results being interpreted as bad results? A leak? Would not be the first time but we do seem to have improved in recent times. Who knows? I, for one, am more than a little bit concerned.
