It's a flat fee of $14.95 per transaction with them(as I said I had some free ones up my sleeve so I haven't been too concerned) and as I also said before it's not something I would recommend doing (like where there a 1 share transactions) that obviously you'd have to have some big motivation to bother, but yes it certainly is possible to do if one desires
