If they come out with really low Aussie dollar forecasts I was thinking the recently purchased Asians properties may rush to sell recent purchases so it really depends are there a new lot waiting in the wings to buy up with a low Aussie dollar can only wait and see .. This I mean to high end sydbey property where a few million makes a difference in a lower aud
the problem with a lower aud is that our debt we rang up 2 years ago at 1.10 to the usd will put us into a recession of sorts so is that property attractive then ?
