Well, the Chinese (choking on fumes - remember they had to shut down all those factories a week before APEC ) just told us that they will give huge incentives for steel mills to relocated steel making capacity and to develop overseas mines. Seems like there is $$ there.

This is essentailly the same message from the NDRC earlier in the year where special funding will be provided for steel mills to build steel plants, acquire and develop overseas iron ore mines + building port and reail infrastructure.

WAIT A MINUTE !

Building port and rail infrastructure is no longer there ?

I wonder why....
