The only thing in our favour Jack that I can see is the 'very small' parcels that are being sold down. I know 2.5 million has been traded but at an average of about 38,000 shares which is not much at all, could be just day traders who didn't get the news they expected in the last few days, seems anyone with any descent quantity is holding and off course waiting for the first signature due in the next few weeks.
