    From the photo it looks like the Aquamarine device that is being shown to the school kids.  Pelamis was on the shortlist for WestWave but I guess that is all over now.

    They will need a deep water offshore device that can extend the reach of the project beyond the nearshore.  CETO has that capability.

    We should not forget that ESB the Irish utility that is behind WestWave, once had our own Kieran O'Brien as part of their management team.
