Did you ever see that documentary about the well known scientist now living in the mid west of America...developed an electric motor that actually produced more electricity than it used.
Scientists from all over the world of some renown, have all signed a document that they have seen the machine in action and are quite convinced it works. But it isn't being produced....and I can guess , just like Monsanto destroys farmers lives (and the seed cleaners) who try to use their own seeds and clean their product to get more seed,,....that it won't see the light of day.
