I'm not certain signing up a Chinese telco would be harder than a Russian or European telco. Even if they are state controlled, they're all trying to be profitable and it's MBEs ability to find people to buy products that is impressive. MBE have sales figures from three different countries that i can use to sell their business model to the telcos, so it should be easier and easier as time goes.
