As you said JT re the portfolio diminishing, very disappointing. ATM it really come's down to if you think the SP will be higher or lower than 5.3 after the first deal is announced(provided there is a deal). If you think that it will be higher, then its a great buying opportunity. I'm thinking it will be higher.
