Could it be that the real problem is the one nobody is talking about? That is, the cash position, and the requirement to pay Graphex $US5m by the end of January. With the diving A$, that now needs $A6m, and, based on the September figure of $4.7m, plus cash burn for the quarter of $2.5m, there will only be about $2.2m in the bank by the end of this month.

So there will be a capital raise requirement requirement of at least $7m to carry through to the end of first quarter, possibly a little more. If they can get a CR away at a discount of only 25% (which would probably be doing well), then we are looking at the issue of more than 40m new shares, a dilution which could worry many holders.

Is there another way?
