    qqqqqqqqq..it has been re-rated only downwards. From just a glance investors not liking

    1. 79.5% SPM/SPII holding (the document itself describes it as a possibly deterrent to investment in the project)
    2. Over 1 billion shares issued
    3. Talk of CR's throughout 14/15 & 15/16 (how many shares issued by 2016 is anyone's guess)

    I'll have a thorough read tonight but at the moment punters giving it a big thumbs down.
