re: poo up , hdr $2-00 + abuman Its those holders that keep the price down, not others...as I've said before, it takes time to bed down 10% + of a company, espicially when it goes from one strong hand into multiple weak hands. Currently, its going back into strong hands again. The fact that HDR can rally to 206 suggest that only the strongest of weak hands remain. We are getting there...be patient, it will go higher.....IMHO
